Refund Policy

Refund Policy At PixelArena, we strive to ensure that your gaming experience is as enjoyable and seamless as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services or experience, we are here to help. Membership Refunds Memberships are non-refundable after purchase. However, if you encounter an issue with your membership within the first 7 days, we are happy to discuss alternative solutions, including account credits or adjustments, depending on the situation. Event and Tournament Fees Event and tournament entry fees are non-refundable once paid. In the event of cancellation by PixelArena, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future event. If you cannot attend an event for personal reasons, we are unable to provide a refund but may offer credit for future events. Game Rentals Game rentals are non-refundable once the game has been checked out and in your possession. If there is a defect with the game or an issue during the rental period, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a replacement or credit toward another rental. Private Event Bookings For private event bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in a 25% forfeiture of the deposit. For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, no refund will be issued.
